Tulay Daycare center in Brgy. Tulay, Minglanilla, Cebu was built & established by Rotary Club Cebu South together with s isterclub RC Yotsukaido 25 yrs ago, the club paid the teacher honorarium and water bill, as of now 80 kids are enjoying and studying of this Rc Cebu South signature project.
