Rotary Club of Matina Davao

The Save a Child Golf Tournament is a signature fundraising initiative of the Rotary Club of Matina Davao, inspired by the shared passion of our members for the game of golf. With most of our Rotarians being active golfers, we saw an opportunity to turn our favorite sport into a meaningful platform for service. This tournament was created not only to strengthen fellowship among members and friends but, more importantly, to raise funds dedicated to supporting vulnerable and underprivileged children in our community. Proceeds from this event help provide educational assistance, medical support, and essential needs to children who deserve a brighter future. More than just a day on the fairway, the Save a Child Golf Tournament reflects Rotary’s commitment to Service Above Self — where every swing carries hope, and every round played helps change a child’s life. Through unity, generosity, and the love of golf, we continue to make a lasting impact — one child at a time.
