EMPOWER 360 is the flagship, integrated service initiative of the Rotary Club of Metro Cebu, now on its 4th year, designed to bring all 7 Areas of Focus of Rotary into action within one community at a time. Through a series of coordinated projects, the club addresses health, education, peace, environment, livelihood, disaster response, and community development—moving beyond one-time activities toward Creating Lasting Impact. For this Rotary Year, RCMC is deliberately focusing its energy, time, and resources on four (4) target partner communities, committing to fully “Empower 360” each community across the year. This focused approach strengthens partnerships, deepens community ownership, and ensures sustainable outcomes—Creating Lasting Impact, one community at a time.
