For Incoming DTTS, AGTS

The following are required if you are joining the trainings in person:

Upon entry in the Hotel

EVERYONE MUST DO THE TEMPERATURE CHECK.

MUST PRESENT THE VACCINATION CARD AND AN ID.

In the absence of a vaccination card, an anti-gen test on site will be required.

Face Masks are strictly required upon entry. NO MASK, NO ENTRY.

Venue’s Important Pointers:

Table Arrangements and Banquet Set-up will be based on government guidelines. Due to Social and Physical Distancing, tables and chairs will be arranged with great consideration of a two (2) meter distance from person to person interaction.

Strictly NO Re-arranging of Table and Chair Set-up. Guaranteed persons as agreed have to be followed.

Tiffany Chairs which can be easily wiped will be provided to ensure that chairs are well sanitized.

Service Crew attending the event will be visiting the venue only during the meal period. Sanitation Crew will be mostly present to disinfect high touch points of the function venue.

When going towards the event venue, the use of staircase is encouraged to avoid crowding in elevator.

Rotary International (RI) District 3860 and the District Executive Committee recognize their responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173 (Act), also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data they collect, record, organize, update, use, consolidate or destruct from RI District 3860 members. The personal data obtained from this portal is entered and stored within the organization’s authorized information and communications system and will only be accessed by authorized personnel. RI D3860 and the District Executive Committee have instituted appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to ensure the protection of the RI D3860 members' personal data.

Furthermore, the information collected and stored in the portal shall only be used for the following purposes:

1. Processing and reporting of documents related to the District Team Training Seminar (DTTS) and the Assistant Governors' Training Seminar (AGTS).
2. Announcements / promotions of events, programs, and other activities related to the DTTS and AGTS.
3. Activities pertaining to establishing relations with rotarians, rotaractors, sponsors and friends.

RI D3860 and the District Executive Committee shall not disclose the personal information collected herein without their consent and shall retain this information over a period of one year for the effective implementation and management of the DTTS and AGTS.

I have read the DTTS and AGTS Data Privacy Statement and express my consent for RI District 3860 and the District Executive Committee to collect, record, organize, update or modify, retrieve, consult, use, consolidate, block, erase or destruct my personal data as part of my information.
