Rotary International (RI) Zone 10A and the Multi District Executive Committee recognize their responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173 (Act), also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data they collect, record, organize, update, use, consolidate or destruct from Rotary International (RI) Zone 10A members. The personal data obtained from this portal is entered and stored within the organization’s authorized information and communications system and will only be accessed by authorized personnel. Rotary International (RI) Zone 10A and the Multi District Executive Committee have instituted appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to ensure the protection of the Rotary International (RI) ZOne 10A members' personal data.

Furthermore, the information collected and stored in the portal shall only be used for the following purposes:

1. Processing and reporting of documents related to the Rotary International Zone 10A Multi District Pre-PETS 2023.
2. Announcements / promotions of events, programs, and other activities related to the Rotary International Zone 10A Multi District Pre-PETS 2023.
3. Activities pertaining to establishing relations with Rotarians, Rotaractors, sponsors and friends.

Rotary International Zone 10A and the Multi District Executive Committee shall not disclose the personal information collected herein without their consent and shall retain this information over a period of one year for the effective implementation and management of Rotary International Zone 10A Multi District Pre-PETS 2023.
